Speed

A city bus becomes a rolling hostage crisis when a bomber rigs it to explode if its speed drops below fifty miles per hour. With passengers trapped onboard and traffic closing in, a police officer and an unlikely helper scramble to keep everyone alive while the threat tightens around them.
